Student Research

The best way for students to learn is by doing. At Richmond, undergraduates in all fields have plenty of opportunities to work collaboratively with faculty both in and out of the classroom. Our students solve real-world problems, enabling them to make meaningful contributions to society. In fact, U.S.News & World Report recently ranked Richmond among the top 35 schools in the country for undergraduate research and creative projects programs.

Undergraduate Programs

The University also offers special funding for undergraduate research projects and assists students in presenting their findings in campus-wide symposiums and in regional and national conferences.

Additional information on the latest undergraduate research can be found at the Richmond Research Institute.
