Michel A. Robe, Professor of Finance and the Patricia A. and George W. Wellde, Jr. Distinguished Chair in Finance, co-authored a research paper titled "Maximum Order Size and Market Quality" that was published in the Journal of Futures Markets.

Ernest McGowen, associate professor of political science, was awarded the Distinguished Educator Award at the 5th annual Black Excellence Gala hosted by the University of Richmond Student Center for Equity and Inclusion.
