A Lifelong Relationship

Life changed the moment you became a Spider. You're one of the few who can call this place home and wear our unique mascot with a pride that surpasses all fear. You are part of a family, forged around the lake, that is 50,000 strong and growing all over the world.

Your four years here were only the beginning of your lifelong relationship to this one-of-a-kind place.

No matter where you roam in the world, you'll always have a home on this campus and among your Spider family. So, we hope to see you often, and we invite you to explore the many ways you can show your Spider Pride.

It's always good to come home. Revisit the old days at Homecoming or Reunion, or get a feel for campus today at a football game, lecture, or a performance at the Modlin Center.

The Spider network has helped thousands of alumni launch their careers. Pay it forward by sharing jobs and internships or inviting a student to shadow you for a day. Or, come back for help with your own job search.

Alumni gifts are an investment in generations of Spiders to come. Gifts of all sizes, especially when made year after year, help sustain a vibrant campus life, just like the one you remember.

We want to know all about your big accomplishments, weddings, and babies. Stay in touch by sending a class note for the alumni magazine, sharing a story idea for Spider Pride, or connecting with us on social media.

The strength of the Spider community depends on active and involved alumni. Do your part by serving on alumni boards, volunteering for regional and class events, or speaking on campus.

Help us find the next class of Spiders by signing up for the Alumni Recruitment Committee. These enthusiastic volunteers share their love of Richmond and personalize the admission process for prospective students.
