MULTILINGUAL WORD PROCESSING WITH ALKI LANGUAGE PROOFING TOOLS
First, open Microsoft Word:
In Word, click on TOOLS:
In Tools, select your Language:
Choose Standard for French, German...:
But Traditional for Spanish:
For Russian, change the keyboard from English to Russian:
Then, in TOOLS select Russian:
Under Tools - Options select appropriate writing style:
Error correction begins as soon as you start typing.
First the correction of the noun:
Then the accent omission error:
Now for the grammar correction :
Note correction of all Gender/Number agreement errors:
Gender/Number agreement error correction completed.
Et voilà pour la bonne phrase SIMPLE!
Now, let’s try a sentence with two different subjects:
First an accent correction:
Then a mistaken suggested attribute spelling correction!
...which you must detect and manually correct!
The two different subjects are not recognized! Why?
With your QUE the main subject- verb agreement error is detected:
The subject- verb subordinate clause error is noted but without correction
But if you use an incorrect verb mood what happens?.
