UR Sophomore appointed to the Protein Society Education Committee

    Sarah Wacker, from Minnesota, a sophomore in the biochemistry and molecular biology program at the University of Richmond has been appointed as the Undergraduate Representative to the Protein Society Education Committee, chaired by Dr Robert Fairman at Haverford College

Region Students present research at the Protein Society Annual Meeting in Boston

    Sarah Wacker, University of Richmond presented a poster titled "Subunit Interactions in Glutamate Dehydrogenase"
    Meredith Baker, University of Richmond, presented a poster titled " Cofactor Binding and Induced Conformational Changes with an Apoenzyme of 3-PhosphoGlycerate Dehydrogenase"
