Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness (Building #23d)
Facility use is free with Family Weekend 2012 registration.  Enjoy swimming, weightlifting, and the indoor jogging track, or take a break in the sauna.  A parent or guardian must accompany and supervise, at all times, children under 16.  Visit recreation.richmond.edu or call (804) 289-8361 for more information.

Total Body Conditioning (Room 203, Friday 56 p.m.)—This class strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructor, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results for which you came!

Sport Club Showcase
(Intramural Fields, Building #23d, Tennis Courts)
More than 600 Richmond participants make up our 32 Spider Sport Club teams. Come cheer them on as they compete against colleges from all over the region.

Office of Admission Campus Visit
Prospective students and their families are invited to join an admission officer for a discussion about the academic offerings of the University, advice on the admission and financial aid processes, and a tour of our scenic campus with a current student.
